What you choose to think and believe and say at this moment will create- the next moment, the next day, the next month and the next year. So think positive, uplifting and encouraging thoughts filled with inspiration and joy.
To help you - take a bowl of water add a drop or two of 'Jasmine' essential oil and swish it around and rinse your hands in this and lightly pat them dry.
