1. In the
morning everyday write 5 things you are grateful for and 5 things you want
to succeed in and these 5 things has to be different everyday.
2. Do some
exercises for 30 minutes everyday keep your body moving- Climbing stairs up and
down, walking dancing, swimming, playing games or aerobics.
3. Do something
educational for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day to exercise your mind.

Focus on your goal. The best time to focus on
that just before you fall asleep at night and when you are waking
5. Make quite
time for yourself for 20 minutes everyday either meditate, reflect on nature or
pray.
